After the conveyor belt is worn, it should be repaired in time to avoid affecting the transportation efficiency. For local minor damage to the conveyor belt, QMH recommends that you use the following repair methods:
1. Local hot vulcanization technology
It is very useful for some slightly worn parts and can quickly restore the performance of the conveyor belt. However, this treatment method requires the use of vulcanization equipment, which has a large operating space and a high time cost.
2. Cold vulcanization technology
The rubber repair agent mainly uses the filling method to repair the damaged part of the conveyor belt. The rubber surface is filled and repaired through the cold vulcanization process. It has the characteristics of impact resistance, wear resistance, and tear resistance. If there are long-distance scratches and large-area damage, you can use a repair strip to repair it. It is recommended to use the QMH quick repair strip, which has a semi-vulcanized layer on the back and does not require grinding.
3. Hot patch material repair
After being heated by a heating gun, QMH hot patch material can be used for the rapid repair of various conveyor belts such as steel conveyor belts. It is used for conveyor belt tearing, belt edge defects, belt scratches, belt surface adhesive peeling, repair of rubber rollers, etc.
4. Quick connector products
QMH quick connector products are a quick connector product that combines the introduction and transformation of foreign technology, and are used for belt joints and tear and hole repair. It uses new quick connector repair materials introduced from abroad. The product has high strength and is more durable. It has the characteristics of fast, easy, good and economical. It can replace hot vulcanized joints (reservation required, time-consuming, complex, highly technically dependent, bulky, and expensive).
