Structure and composition

QMH vulcanization press equipment for flat belt is mainly composed of the following parts:

Upper and lower beams: provide the overall framework of the vulcanizer.

Water pressure plate: used to apply uniform pressure to the belt joint.

Insulation plate: prevent heat from being transferred to the part that does not need to be vulcanized.

Upper and lower heating plates: provide the temperature required for vulcanization.

Tightening bolts: used to fix the upper and lower working plates to ensure stability during the vulcanization process.

Pressure pump: provides pressure for the water pressure plate.

Electric control box: controls the heating, pressurization and timing functions of the vulcanizer.


Working Principle

Electric heating principle: Electric heating is adopted to adjust the temperature of the heating plate through the electric control box.

Pressure transmission: Use a hydraulic device or manual method to pressurize the hydraulic plate through a pressure pump to make the belt joint evenly pressurized.

Vulcanization process: Place the two prepared belt joints of the same model and material flat between the upper and lower working plates of the vulcanizer, and symmetrically tighten the fixing bolts of the upper and lower working plates. Then, use the vulcanizer to heat, pressurize and insulate the belt interface to make the belt joint undergo a vulcanization reaction to form a firm joint.

Precautions for use

1. Before use, check whether all parts of the vulcanizer are intact to ensure normal function.

2. During the vulcanization process, the pressure and temperature should be strictly controlled to avoid vulcanization failure caused by too high or too low pressure.

3. After the vulcanization is completed, wait for the belt joint to cool naturally to a safe temperature before disassembly and subsequent operations.

4. Maintain and maintain the vulcanizer regularly to ensure its long-term stable operation.
