QMH corrugated sidewall conveyor belt consists of three main components: base belt, sidewall, and cleat. The sidewalls are designed in a wavy shape to prevent materials from sliding off the sides, while the cleat serve to support the materials being conveyed. These components are attached to the base belt through a secondary vulcanization process, ensuring high connection strength and durability.

Based on the performance of the covering rubber, QMH corrugated sidewall conveyor belt can be classified into various types such as ordinary, heat-resistant, cold-resistant, acid and alkali-resistant, oil-resistant and flame-retardant, etc. In terms of specifications, the belt core material can be made of ordinary cotton canvas, polyester cotton mixed canvas, nylon, polyester, steel cord, etc. The belt width can range from 400mm to 2400mm, with 2 to 10 layers of fabric and covering rubber thicknesses of 1.5 to 15mm on the working surface and 0 to 6mm on the non-working surface.
