German Belt Cold Bonding Glue

The german Belt cold bonding glue series are made up of the following products:

germanBond® M: Used with germanBond 2KR, Applied by brush, dosage about 250g/m3, packing in 40g/bottle.

german Belt® MP: Used to improve the adhesion of plastic to metal and rubber to metal. Specifications are as followings:

Viscosity: 90-170mpas

Density: 0. 92-0. 96g/ml

Tool: Brush

Surface setting time:about 30 minutes

german Belt® CLT: german Belt® CLT cleaner is used to remove dust, grease and oil from metal and rubber surfaces. It is a cleaning agent for use with germanbond 2KR. Specifications are as followings:

Density: 140g/m3

Storage Conditions: dry cool sealed storage

Shelf life:Minimum 24 hours

Packing unit: 1. 5L/can

germanBond® Repair 2K: a highly effective two-component repair agent used to repair damage on rubber conveyor belts and rubber linings, such as holes and cracks. It has excellent adhesion to almost all rubber materials. Our special repair agent can be used as an adhesive for various applications. Specifications are as followings:

Density: 1. 08 g/cm³

Hardness: 70 ± 5 ° Shore A

Color: black

Abrasion: 200 mm³

Strength: 10 MPa

Tear elongation: 400 %

Use: mechanical discharging device and stirring device

Shelf life: at least 6 months

12 months in sealed packaging
