Some curtains have metal frames and can be directly fixed to the frame or housing of the conveyor by bolts, clamps, etc. Some curtains are installed by hooks or Velcro, which makes it easy to remove and replace the curtains. For example, in some occasions where the interior of the equipment needs to be cleaned or inspected frequently, conveyor dust proof curtains installed with hooks can be quickly removed, saving time.

When the dust proof curtain is seriously damaged, such as large-area tearing or loss of elasticity, it needs to be replaced in time. Generally speaking, the service life of the rubber curtain ranges from a few months to a few years, depending on the use environment and intensity. For example, in a harsh chemical environment, the rubber curtain may need to be replaced more frequently, while in a general grain transportation environment, the service life may be relatively long.
